We were tasked with simply and clearly explaining the complex nature of how Google News and related products work in three explainer videos. This narrative work happened at a crucial time when the global regulation of how news and content show up on Google was being debated. Within the narrative explainers we created, we debunked the myths about Google’s News product by sharing information, metrics, and research that shows Google’s positive impact on the industry.
